RTITB Accredited Counterbalance Forklift – Novice Course

Our RTITB Accredited Counterbalance Novice Course is designed for individuals with little to no previous forklift experience who want to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently. Delivered by qualified RTITB instructors, this comprehensive training programme covers all essential theory and practical elements needed to meet industry standards.

During the course, learners will gain a thorough understanding of counterbalance truck operation, workplace safety, load handling, and best practices for preventing accidents. Practical sessions provide hands-on experience in manoeuvring, stacking, de-stacking, and operating in real-world scenarios, ensuring learners are fully prepared for the demands of their role.

Upon successful completion of the final theory and practical assessments, candidates will receive RTITB accreditation, recognised by employers nationwide and valid for three years.
